And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.For our business, for clients, and for youTasks / ResponsibilitiesOversee and lead the delivery of the fund accounting, administration & AML service for close-ended funds, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with fund governing documents and regulatory guidance.Ensure full adherence to the prevailing control environment.Be a leading participant in the continuous development of our operating processes and procedures.Be an escalation point for technical queries from all relevant stakeholders.influence and work with various stakeholders to lead the risk, Cost and Control agenda for GroupTranslate strategy into an operational plan for delivery and provide oversight and guidance to ensure organisational leadership and day to day business runningWork closely with other global functional leads across Operations and wider CRM and Product teamDevelop and foster key relationships within business / product line and promote an environment of personal development and continuous improvementDrive strategic dialogue across operations and businesses to prioritize key initiativesProactively analyse and identify possible risks and issues within the organisation that could impact daily process and service deliveryEnsure stakeholder awareness, engagement, and support through effective and timely communicationSupport the development of an environment where people management and development are top priority. Coaches’ direct reports and others in the organisation, as appropriate.Develop talent within the organisation and active diversity leader within the management teamActively supports Groups strategy, plans, and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance cultureActs as a role model for all employeesCreate, drive, evolve and sponsor franchise initiatives to leverage technology and business process management solutions to reduce operational process and drive exception-based business managementAreas of key focusPerformance analysisAnalyze and report the performance and productivity of each team/regionExamine and evaluating the Productivity of each TeamPrepare internal reports for executive leadershipPerform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forwardClient ProfitabilitySupport the analysis, interpretation, reporting and presentation of dataEnsure implementation of standardized processes and proceduresImprove reporting processesAssist in Identifying cross/up sell opportunities in existing client base and maximise revenue for Apex Process developmentReview existing procedures, processes, and challenges to recommend where automation or improved processes could be implementedAnalyze business from both senior management and operations team’s perspective to find adequate and effective solution designSupport CRM team to ensure we have service level agreement agreed on fund accounting/deliverables for all clientsDisclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
