Manager / Assistant Manager, Marketing Residential

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket and lease luxury residential apartments under the GroupManage all tenancy-related matters including building rapport with tenants, drafting and maintaining lease documentation, as well as liaison on contractual and lease administrative mattersEnsure effective tenant engagement including monitoring feedback, conducting events and establishing long-term relationships with current and prospective clientsWorking closely with all departments to enhance service levelsNetwork and build rapport with prospective tenants, agencies and partners to develop opportunities, as well as establish strong relationships with existing tenants to generate renewals and referralsTo participate and support Management with ad-hoc event planning, marketing activities, presentation and budget if requiredKey Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Real EstateMinimum 2 years of residential leasing; preferably in real estate industryGood communication and presentation skillsProficient in MS OfficeAble to work independentlyAt Pontiac Land, our Human Capital Vision is:Each individual valued, respected and contributing.
