The Manager, Enterprise Business Learning & Change Management will support the design and delivery of learning and change initiatives that build key business capabilities—particularly in AI literacy and application, risk and compliance awareness, and enterprise business acumen.This role operates at the intersection of enterprise transformation, learning strategy, and change enablement. The ideal candidate is a collaborative learning professional who can translate business priorities into impactful programs, manage cross-functional relationships, and help embed new skills and mindsets that advance organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement learning programs that enhance enterprise capabilities in areas such as AI literacy, risk and compliance, and business acumen.Support change management activities to promote adoption of new enterprise skills, tools, and behaviors.Collaborate with functional SMEs, transformation leads, and external vendors to co-create relevant and practical learning solutions.Translate business priorities into targeted learning interventions that meet the needs of different colleague groups and levels.Track and analyze program effectiveness, using data and feedback to inform continuous improvement.Develop clear communications and storytelling materials to engage stakeholders and promote learning initiatives.Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and Privacy partners to ensure learning and change programs align with governance standards.Experience5–7 years of experience in enterprise learning, organizational change, or capability development.Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver large-scale learning programs that drive measurable colleague engagement and capability growth.Working knowledge of AI concepts and emerging technologies, and interest in translating these into accessible learning experiences.Familiarity with change management methodologies and their practical application in complex or regulated environments.Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders.Ability to work effectively across teams in a matrixed organization and adapt in dynamic, fast-changing business contexts.Salary Range: $89,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
