Manager Central WorkshopLocation : Nabire, PapuaRequirements:1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.2. At least 10 years experience handle Workshop in palm oil plantation company.3. Good knowledge in technical troubleshooting.4. Willing to be based in remote area in Nabire, Papua.Job Descriptions:1. Responsible for managing the Central Workshop and maintain heavy/light vehicles effectively and efficiently.2. Carry out technical analysis on vehicles and equipment to be used, carry out fabrications internally by reviewing the effectiveness of the equipment used, and develop means of improving performance.3. Develop key performance targets and parameters for the workshop, benchmark with other general mechanical workshops in the industry.4. Review and establish detailed procedures and processes and flow charts for carrying out each main activities within the workshop.5.
