Job DescriptionResponsibilities include: Coordinate intake of client complaints, including inputting and maintaining complaints within the database, communicating with Branch Compliance Managers, preparing and handling complaint acknowledgement letters, obtaining the required documentation and supporting material to prepare the complaint file for analysis.Report complaints and updates, internal investigations and other reportable events through the regulator’s reporting system called Complaints and Settlement Reporting System (ComSet).File preparation through the stages (onboarding to closure).Assist the team with the coordination of documentation in support of internal or supervisory investigation and/or regulatory inquiries.Assist with regulatory complaint analysis.Assist with RCII monthly and quarterly reporting requirements.Manage documents and communications for task related to regulatory inquiries.Monitor and manage RCII shared mailboxes.Other initiatives as required.What do you need to succeed?Must-haveUniversity degreeExperience working in regulatory environment and/or knowledge of concepts relevant for regulatory complaints managementExcellent written and oral communication skillsMotivated and can work independently within a teamStrong organizational abilitiesAbility to deal with new or unfamiliar situationsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate and build relationships within RCII, Compliance and business partnersProven ability to prioritize and multi-task in a demanding environmentNice-to-haveFluent French (in both speaking and writing) would be an assetJob SkillsAudits Compliance, Critical Thinking, Data Gathering Analysis, Decision Making, Detail-Oriented, Financial Regulation, Industry Knowledge, Product Services, Risk Management, Strategic ThinkingAdditional Job DetailsAddress:PERSIARAN IRC 2, IOI RESORT CITY IOI CITY TOWER ONE:PUTRAJAYACity:PutrajayaCountry:MalaysiaWork hours/week:40Employment Type:Full timePlatform:CHIEF LEGAL & ADMIN OFFICE GRPJob Type:RegularPay Type:SalariedPosted Date:2025-11-04Application Deadline:2026-02-27Note: Applications will be accepted until 11:59 PM on the day prior to the application deadline date aboveInclusion and Equal Opportunity EmploymentAt RBC, we believe an inclusive workplace that has diverse perspectives is core to our continued growth as one of the largest and most successful banks in the world.
