We are seeking a talented individual to join our Legal, Compliance & Public Affairs (LCPA) team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.ParalegalWhat can you expect?A team of diverse professionals across the globe, dedicated to helping our businsses manage some of the world’s most challenging and complex risks awaitsDedicated learning and development programmesWhat is in it for you?Attractive benefits coverage which includes Optical and DentalModern Smart Office WorkspaceWe will count on you to:Review, draft, and manage a wide variety of commercial contractual arrangements with clients, vendors and other third parties across the region, including global and regional master services agreements and other ancillary legal documentation as appropriateCollaborate with in-country and subject matter expert LCPA colleagues to (i) anticipate, identify and address local legal and regulatory issues and develop legal strategies and solutions; and (ii) analyse a broad range of laws and regulations affecting the operations of the business, including those arising from corporate structures and business modelsCollaborate with other members of LCPA teams globally to create, update and maintain template agreements and implement process development.Manage access to technology used for Legal & Compliance purposes on Sharepoint, Teams and other relevant platformsOrganize and maintain legal templates, precedents, playbooks, and databases for the LCPA team.Support the LCPA team to prepare presentations, reports, legal analytics and communicationsProvide administrative and logistical support to the LCPA team.Manage internal reporting processes (tracking and collating information, reminding deadlines).Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge and assist with tracking relevant new laws and regulationsMaintain and update internal knowledge databases and legal templatesAdvice colleagues on the correct forms and templates to use and point colleagues toward relevant LCPA resources on rules and procedures. We are seeking a talented individual to join our OCIO Operations team at Mercer. This role will be based in [Boston]. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Mercer is undertaking an exciting, large scale initiative to establish a new target operating model and technology platform, designed to support ambitious commercial growth objectives. This multi-year program will involve partnerships with key strategic partners, designing a platform that will enable the business growth objectives and ensure that Mercers capabilities remain competitive and differentiated. This initiative involves bringing together multiple countries & regions across our Investment Solutions business to drive scale, including the introduction of new data and technology capabilities, as well as new ways of working.We will count on you to:The Project Manager will have direct responsibility for leading multiple technology and operational initiatives for Mercers Investment Solutions business. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $68,400 to $136,800.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
