Manager Customer Advanced Quality

We are seeking an experienced Customer Advanced Quality Manager to lead and develop our Customer Advanced Quality Engineers (CAQE) team. In this role, you will manage a team of 8–10 professionals, driving world-class quality in advanced automotive technologies. You will play a key role in mitigating design risks, ensuring successful program launches, and embedding Built-In Quality principles across projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative products.Your Role:Lead and develop the CAQE team, including training plans and performance evaluations.Drive issue escalations, remove roadblocks, and support the team in achieving objectives.Plan and monitor APQP processes and customer-specific requirements.Support program launches through audits, readiness reviews, and customer visits.Facilitate root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with customer quality leadership.Your Background:Engineering degree or equivalent experience in automotive quality.8–10 years in automotive industry, including product launch.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Fluent English.Knowledge of APQP, PDP, and OEM-specific requirements (preferred).Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
