The Manager, Enterprise Digital reports to the Head, Enterprise Digital & IT.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a digital transformation strategy that aligns with organizational goals while actively identifying opportunities for innovation;Oversee the selection and implementation of digital tools that meet scalability, security, and performance requirements;Promote a digital-first mindset by developing training programs that enhance digital literacy across the organization;Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate digital initiatives, and continuously refine strategies based on performance insights;Ensure compliance with data protection regulations while proactively addressing security concerns throughout the digital transformation process;Manage and prioritize digital demand while overseeing planning, budgeting, and vendor management to support strategic execution;Engage and build relationships with external stakeholders such as technology vendors and industry groups, while staying informed about emerging digital trends;Collaborate closely with departments to integrate digital technologies and facilitate effective team communication and collaboration.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field;Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in digital transformation;Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects;Deep understanding of digital technologies and their business applications;Proven experience with Agile development methodologies;Exceptional leadership and project management skills;Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
