This role will align closely with both Regional and Global Talent Acquisition strategies to proactively support the hiring of Manager/Senior Manager to Director level roles on-demand.The ideal candidate will champion the pillars of Talent Quality, Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience, and Operational Efficiency throughout the recruitment lifecycle. They will also play a critical role in shaping how we identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent globally, ensuring our sourcing infrastructure is agile, data-driven, and future-ready.Your Day To Day Strategy Build and lead delivery of global talent sourcing strategy, in alignment with the Regional and Global Talent Acquisition strategies Oversee demand and capacity for sourcing from our markets and central functions (Manager to Director level) Contribute to the Global GTAD strategy building & action plans, by bringing expertise on sourcing approaches required to support hiring and reduce agency reliance where possible Talent Acquisition Strategy Responsible for establishing global standards and frameworks for how we source and engage talent, utilizing tools and technology to provide insights and promote data-driven hiring decisions Ensure adherence to global “ways of working” (enabled by technology) towards delivery of hiring needs, and monitor performance in line with agreed KPIs across sourcing activity, ensuring continuous alignment with recruitment marketing to leverage tools and assets and provide a joined-up candidate experience On an ongoing basis, identify, prioritize and implement continuous improvement opportunities working closely with TA Global Process Owner (GPO), to continuously enhance and drive all three aspects i.e. “quality of talents”, “experience of candidates and hiring managers” and “efficiency of TA Infrastructure” In collaboration with Central and Regional TA Delivery Leads, ensure joined-up delivery of planned initiatives Demand forecast & capacity management (Sourcing Demand, agency use targets) Partnership Act as single point of contact for the TA Managers for all sourcing support, partnering to ensure deliverables are tailored to regional, functional and market requirements Engage with RPO partners and equip with information and tools required to perform tasks to the same standard as internal resources Partner with Regional TA Leadership team members to strengthen market intimacy and anticipate business needs and priorities, as well as enhancing knowledge of marketing and branding tools and requirements Provide periodic communication to all partners and stakeholders sharing progress on sourcing activities, illustrating progress across different KPIs measuring “Quality”, “Experience” and “Efficiency” People Management Lead a team of 8 Sr Sourcing Specialist + our RPO resources, ensuring consistent delivery style Drive employee engagement by gaining organization insights through formal & informal channels, developing & implementing action plans to address employee’s pain points Coach and/or Mentor (as required & requested) employees across other GTAD teams and/or broader P&C Organization Role model PMI DNA behaviors Budget & Financials Deliver on agreed HC and Cost optimization targets (including agency & RPO usage) Compliance Ensure proactive tracking & action implementation, enabling 100% compliance to TA control areas We’re Looking For Someone WithMinimum Bachelor's degree in a business-related field/ management/human resources/or any other relevant fields. Certification in Boolean or related sourcing-specific techniques an advantage 8+ years solid experience in multinational environment, working within or alongside TA or P&C People management experience including managing remote teams Part of Global, Local or Regional leadership team an advantage Other SkillsTeam leadership, engagement & ability to build geographically diverse teams Proactive and open collaboration style Stakeholder management and influencing, working closely with leaders and hiring managers across multiple geographies Use of data and analytics to drive change, performance and problem solving Excellent communication (in English) and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge and understanding of candidate marketing and employer branding an advantage Ability to lead transformation/change management Ability to comprehend business challenges /market specifics and propose solutions & interventions Understanding of overall Business value chain In-depth understanding of P&C processes & enabling systems What We OfferOur success depends on the talented people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.You will join a company that invests in you.
