We are a culture that empowers everyone to innovate and create solutions that will leave a positive impact on our communities and our nation, Touch ‘n Go will always be here to inspire our talents to grow as leaders and innovators giving you the power to make a differenceJob Responsibilities:Partner with technology line managers and business leaders to provide tactical human resources advisory and operational support across all people-related matters.Drive the annual performance and rewards cycle, encompassing performance planning and target setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and annual rewards administration, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and governance standards.Lead and facilitate talent management initiatives for the technology function, including talent reviews, succession planning, and development programs to strengthen leadership and technical capabilities.Manage and resolve employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary cases, and grievances, in accordance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workplace culture, strengthen employee engagement, and improve productivity and retention within the technology workforce.Formulate, recommend, and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures that drive organizational effectiveness and elevate the employee experience.Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle within the technology division, including onboarding, assimilation, and offboarding processes, ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience.Manage manpower planning and budget for the technology function, ensuring resource allocation is aligned with business priorities and financial plans.Strengthen the organization’s position as an employer of choice within the technology talent market through effective employer branding and engagement initiatives.Uphold and promote fair and equitable employment and selection practices across all hiring and internal mobility processes.Oversee industrial relations activities including disciplinary management, grievance handling, counselling, and misconduct investigations, providing expert advice and guidance to management on best practices.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment and industrial relations legislation, including the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act, and ensure consistent application within the organization.Job Requirements:Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or HR Generalist role, preferably supporting technology, digital, or innovation functions.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and driving adoption.Ability to handle complex employee issues and propose practical solutions.Proficiency in HRIS platformsProfessional HR certification such as MIHRM, CIPD, SHRM, or an equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.Strong understanding of HR principles, frameworks, and best practices, particularly in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.Demonstrated ability to partner with technical leaders and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, development, performance management, and workforce planning for technology teams.Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to interpret workforce insights and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across all levels of a technology organization.In-depth knowledge of Malaysia’s Employment Act 1955 and related labour legislation, with proven experience ensuring compliance in a complex business setting.Our Perks and Benefits:Flexi clock-in hours.Monthly eWallet allowance.Additional 1% employer EPF contribution from your 1st to 3rd year of service, with further increases based on your continued years of service.Unlimited office pantry fruits, snacks and drinks.Mobile and broadband subscription reimbursement.Flexibility to opt dependants coverage (spouse, child, parents or parents-in-law) for outpatient medical benefits.Additional leave including family leave and paid care leave to care for family members.Medical coverage including dental, optometrist, mental care, maternity, registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (“TCM”) and Chiropractic.Corporate membership discount and many more to explore.We believe that you have what it takes to fit into the Touch ‘n Go family and help revolutionize the Fintech industry by paving the way to a cashless society.
