In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee complex implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for implementation initiativesLead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to closureCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project successMonitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to senior managementFacilitate effective communication between internal teams, clients, and external partnersImplement and maintain project management best practices and methodologiesManage resource allocation and optimise team performanceEnsure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectationsDrive continuous improvement in project management processes and toolsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalentMinimum of 5 to 10 years' experience in project management, with a strong focus on implementation of projectsProven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within scope, time, and budgetStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Excellent leadership and team management skillsSuperior communication and interpersonal abilitiesDemonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and decision-makingExperience in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk managementStrong stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)Solid understanding of implementation processes and best practicesKnowledge of change management principlesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical and organisational skills with keen attention to detailAdditional InformationBehavioural Competencies:Adopting Practical ApproachesArticulating InformationDirecting PeopleDocumenting FactsEmbracing ChangeFollowing ProceduresMaking DecisionsManaging TasksMeeting TimescalesProducing OutputTeam WorkingUpholding StandardsTechnical Competencies:Project DefinitionProject MaintenanceProject Management (Project Mgmt)Project PlanningProject ReportingProject Resourcing
