This role requires strong technical knowledge of these systems, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.Position Title: Manager of SalesTerms of employment: Full time Permanent positionSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm / 37.5 hoursLocation: Mississauga, ON Responsibilities: ·       Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet company targets.·       Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.·       Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.·       Monitor sales performance metrics and use data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Inside Sales, Engineering and Production & Service, to drive business results and meet company goals.·       Develop and implement sales training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.·       Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.·       Manage and allocate resources, including budgets and staffing, to optimize sales performance and efficiency. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field or a combination of education with related management experience.·       5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in a B2B environment.·       Fluid Power knowledge is considered an asset.·       Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.·       Deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closure.·       Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.·       Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.·       Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot. If this describes you, we encourage you to APPLY NOW!
