1. Position Summary & Scope The Manager – Marketing (International Business) will be responsible for driving the 360-degree marketing agenda for Orkla India international business’s portfolio across assigned categories and clusters. The incumbent will own the P&L (Profit & Loss) responsibility for the assigned categories focus on delivering consumer acquisition and category growth through effective marketing campaigns, new product launches, innovation, and strong collaboration with cross-functional and external stakeholders. This role demands a sharp understanding of consumer trends, media strategy, and GTM execution in international markets, with accountability for both brand performance and business financials. 2. Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas) Drive the 360-Degree Marketing Agenda Implement and manage the annual marketing calendar for assigned categories and markets. Plan and Lead GTM for product Launches, product refresh, special marketing programs, Promotions integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including messaging and content development. Responsible Overall Design and key visual (KV) and packaging development aligned with brand strategy. Ensure execution excellence and adherence to timelines. Drive Consumer Acquisition Through Exceptional Marketing Programs Plan and execute impactful consumer-facing campaigns across conventional and digital media. Manage media planning and buying (Conventional Media) through agencies, ensuring campaign efficiency (e.g., Reach, CTR, CPV). Track and incorporate consumer insights via research projects and VOC initiatives. Deliver Growth in the Assigned Clusters Support trade marketing with BTL activities and promotional programs to drive in-market performance. Monitor competition and category trends to adapt strategies dynamically. Track and report performance metrics: Volume, Mix, Market Share, Brand Health, Contribution Margin. Category Advertisement, Communications Strategy & Innovation Define and execute the communication strategy for each category in international markets. Drive New Product Development and innovation projects end-to-end, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and speed to market. Ensure regulatory alignment and packaging readiness for all launches and refreshes.3. Qualification and Experience Educational MBA in Marketing / Business/ Communications from a Premiere Campus Min 3+ year experience with at least 2+years in Brand Management in FMCG Proven track record of managing New Product life cycle ( from Ideation to Launch and Post Launch success Measures, PnL for the LaunchesExperience in developing and executing market entry and growth strategies for NPDs. ( from Ideation to Execution) Agency Management Exposure to International Markets will be an advantage
