Position: Manager of Compensation & BenefitsLocation: Remote EST hoursDuration: 6-month contract to hirePay Rate: $45-47/hr ($93,000-$98,000 per year Conversion) - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Start Date: 12/1 or 12/8Schedule: Mon through Fri 8am-5pmMust HavesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Finance or related field; or equivalent experience.5 Years of Experience administering Compensation or Benefits programsExperience with pricing roles, cost analysis, and open enrollmentsIntermediate skills in MS ExcelPrevious Leadership experiencePlussesSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP CertificationsDay to DayThe Manager of Compensation and Benefits is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, communication and ongoing evaluation of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefit, and retirement benefits (401K). Ensures that the compensation and benefits programs and administration of performance management support the organization’s business objectives and meets all legal requirements.
