This is an excellent opportunity to help shape the future of digital transformation and to bring the latest technologies to the corporations we serve and their employees and customers.As the Manager of Product Management Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our product management processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, development teams, marketing, and sales, to drive the successful development and delivery of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for optimizing operational efficiency.Core Requirements And ResponsibilitiesEssential job functions included but are not limited to the following: Evaluate and enhance existing product management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Drive consistent requirements, launch and roadmap setting processes across teams Foster strong relationships with product managers, development teams, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on product strategy and priorities. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product management operations and regularly report on the team's performance against these metrics. Implement tools and systems for tracking and reporting on project progress and key milestones. Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate relevant improvements into the product management operations. Ensure consistent and effective use of Product Management tools, including ProductBoard and Pendo Lead cross-product knowledge sharing and ongoing team learning to maximize the Product Management team capabilities and employee experienceQualifications Proven experience in product management or related roles within the enterprise software industry. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams. Familiarity with Agile and other product development methodologies. Experience with product management tools and systems.
