The factory is located in Ashulia and holds international certifications including OEKO-TEX, FSC, GRS & SEDEX. We’re also nominated by several EU buyers. Our product range includes Woven Label, Printed Label, Offset Printing, Poly Bag, Sewing Thread, Cotton/Twill Tape, Draw Cord, Elastic/Jacquard Elastic and Leather Patch.Job Location Gouripur, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.Job Context:We are looking for energetic, target oriented, and proactive, professional person for employment as “Manager (Sewing Thread Unit)” who has the experience, commitment, and competence in achieving customer satisfaction in the Garments Accessories sector.Job Description:Supervise and oversee all Sewing Thread operations and staff.Plan, schedule, and ensure the timely execution of jobs as per production requirements.Monitor the quality of Sewing materials and ensure color accuracy.Maintain and troubleshoot Sewing Thread machines to reduce downtime.Ensure cleanliness and safety in the production area.Coordinate with the production, design, and store departments for smooth workflow.Maintain proper records of raw materials, machine usage, and maintenance logs.Train and guide junior machine operators and helpers when needed.Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMinimum Bachelor`s degree from any recognized university (Technical background in relevant field will be considered as added advantage.)Experience Requirements3 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Garments AccessoriesAdditional RequirementsExperience: At least 3-5 years’ experience in Sewing Thread Unit.Able to work under pressure.Good interpersonal skills and able to handle pressure and comfortable to work in a team.Able to work independently.Job LocationDhaka, Dhaka (Ashulia, Savar), Mymensingh (Gouripur)
