Users can also order healthcare/OTC products, medical equipment, and book diagnostic and preventive tests directly from home.We continue to expand our services to empower individuals and families with accessible and advanced digital healthcare solutions.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and growth-driven Head of Business Development to lead, scale, and strengthen our business expansion initiatives. This leadership role requires a strong understanding of healthcare, digital services, and market development in Bangladesh.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue across all LifePlus services.Identify new business opportunities, collaborations, and strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, corporates, distributors, and healthcare networks.Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team to achieve monthly and annual KPIs.Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to guide product positioning and business strategy.Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams to roll out new initiatives and service expansion plans.Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand presence and market penetration.Present business forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain ethical business practices.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Studies (BBS)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.Additional RequirementsQualifications & Experience8–10 years of proven leadership experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Growth roles.Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and partnership development.Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, telemedicine, or digital platforms is highly desirable.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Ability to strategize, lead teams, and work in a fast-paced environment.Key CompetenciesStrategic planning & market expansionLeadership & team managementStrong business acumenPartnership development & stakeholder engagementData-driven decision-makingExcellent communication & presentation skillsJob LocationDhaka (Dhanmondi)
