Fast Track Petroleum Ltd. is looking for Senior Executive / Officer, SalesJob Description / ResponsibilityVisit the market & collect orders from customers.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.Explore new market segments and develop existing markets.Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory/territories.Create new customers, increase sales, development of marketing strategic plan, and works for achieving the plan.Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.To prepare the daily/ weekly/ quarterly/ half yearly & yearly reports.Have to follow the guidelines from the manager and reported accordingly.Execute any assignments provided by management.Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions. We need to be fluent in EnglishKey Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.Lead and guide the sales team in client negotiations, deal closures, and converting leads into confirmed Order.Regularly supervise and report on lead generation, client follow-ups, site visits, Order progress, and handover processes.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Working under pressure, Retail Sales and Marketing, Target Achievement, Handling Distributors or DealersExperience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Trading or Export/Import,Fuel/PetroleumAdditional RequirementsEfficiently communicate product information to customers.The incumbent will have to be prepared for extensive travel around the respective territory.Must have to meet the sales target.Motor Cycle Mandatory.Job LocationBarishal, Habiganj, Shariatpur, Sherpur, SylhetSalaryTk. 16000 - 18000 (Monthly)
