Emami Bangladesh Ltd. is looking for Area Sales ExecutiveJob Description / Responsibility1. Sales PlanningPrepare and implement weekly and monthly sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and historical sales data to develop effective sales strategies.2. Distributor (DB) ManagementMonitor distributor stock levels, order placement, invoicing, and outstanding payments to ensure smooth business operations.Conduct regular meetings with distributors to resolve issues, review performance, and execute business growth plans.3. Sales Team LeadSupervise daily activities of the sales representatives and provide necessary guidance to achieve sales targets.Improve team performance through territory visits, coaching, and continuous performance monitoring.4. Market Coverage & VisibilityEnsure proper route coverage, expansion of new outlets, and increased brand visibility in the assigned territory.Strengthen brand presence through trade promotions, POSM utilization, and maintaining merchandising standards.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingExperience Requirements4 to 8 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Multinational Companies,Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal CareJob LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
