We provide integrated project management, project controls, planning and design, and contract compliance, governance and assurance advice—using data-driven tools and methodologies to increase the probability of success at every stage of the project and asset lifecycle.Our team is embedded within Deal Advisory and Infrastructure [DAI] group, a national team of global infrastructure specialists. Our differentiator is our experience across all aspects of the infrastructure project life cycle and our close connection with KPMG’s wider specialised services, offering unique opportunities to work together on a broad range of clients and industries to further deepen and strengthen client relationships.Job DescriptionManagers are considered mid-career professionals who understand the infrastructure sector, can lead and build teams and are known for their ability to deliver work. Note: This is not an IT-focused role.Our team works hand-in-hand with clients to scope, plan, and deliver strategic infrastructure investments on major, complex projects.We’re seeking someone with strong expertise in project controls and risk management to help drive success and deliver excellence throughout various phases of the project lifecycle. Your ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you'll bring:Experience in client-side or advisory roles across infrastructure or capital-intensive industriesConfidence in managing project elements such as planning, cost, risk or general project managementProven experience using standard industry tools such as Oracle Primavera P6, Lumivero @Risk, Safran Risk, CostX, Acumen Fuse/Risk, ACONEX, Microsoft Project MSP.The ability to lead or review programs of work including writing documents such as project plans, procedures or project reportingStrong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholdersA problem-solving mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and delivery excellenceFamiliarity with frameworks such as PMBOK, AACE Total Cost Management, ISO 31000, or RES Contingency GuidelinesQualificationsAt KPMG, we believe diversity of thought, background and experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients, and communities.
