Job Description

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a respected commercial construction contractor delivering high-quality fitout, refurbishment and new build projects across Darwin, NT.This is a key role overseeing the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to defect liability, while ensuring safety, quality, programme and cost outcomes are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:Deliver construction projects safely, on time and within budget.Develop construction programmes using MS Project and manage workflow through Procore.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.Lead contract letting, procurement and variation management.Ensure compliance with all EHSQ standards and safety systems.Complete cost reporting, payment claims and contract documentation.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety and sequencing.Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.Mentor project teams and support ongoing capability development.Ensure defects are closed out prior to handover.Our Ideal Candidate: 5+ years’ construction industry experience.2–5 years in Project Management, preferably within commercial/fitout sectors.Proven experience managing projects $5M+.Strong understanding of project methodology, cost reporting and risk management.Skilled in MS Project, Procore, Jobpac and MS Office.Able to interpret drawings and specifications for buildability.Strong leadership skills and a collaborative working style.White Card essential; trade or tertiary qualification preferred.To Apply:If this is a position you could see yourself in please click APPLY, or get in touch with Lorissa from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0489 074 588, or send your resume to lorissa@celotti.com.au.
