This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of design processes, client needs, and project logistics.What Makes The Role SuccessfulProject Leadership: Take full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the projects, ensuring all project objectives and client expectations are met.Budget and Timeline Management: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Quality Control: Ensure that all design work and construction activities meet the company's standards of quality, design specifications, and client expectations.Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns. Vendor and Contractor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all materials and services are delivered on time and meet the required standards.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for both clients and internal stakeholders, tracking project progress and ensuring transparency and accountability.What We’re Looking ForYou are a project management professional with at least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.You hold a diploma or degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.You possess a solid understanding of the various trades and subcontractors involved in interior fit-outs.You are tech-savvy and have a proven track record of successfully adopting digital tools and technology initiatives.You thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering high-quality results without compromising customer satisfaction.You work well under pressure and can operate independently with minimal supervision.You are aligned with the Company’s core values of teamwork, integrity, and excellence.
