SAP & MES Quality Requirements DeploymentLead the translation of Quality requirements into SAP and MES functional specifications and workflows.Define traceability, non-conformance management, inspection recording, and digital approval protocols within SAP/MES.Participate in UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support to ensure systems perform to quality expectations.Partner with central teams to validate that digital systems support operational quality control and compliance readiness. End-to-End Process Control & AssuranceDrive the deployment of the End-to-End Process Controls and Assurance Programme in the organisation.Identify high-risk, high-complexity process areas and develop risk-based control strategies aligned to Zero Defects.Establish control plans, visual management, error-proofing, and escalation mechanisms for critical process steps.Integrate Human Factors, Just Culture, and defect prevention thinking into process reviews and redesigns. Capability, Culture & Change EnablementSupport the change journey by leading communication, training, and capability-building related to new processes and digital systems.Conduct training needs analysis and facilitate competency development across operations and quality functions.Promote a culture of ownership, open reporting, and proactive improvement through Human Factors and Just Culture practices.Collaborate with leadership and frontline teams to embed new mindsets and sustain behavioural change. Embedding Quality, Safety, Risk Management & LeanLead the implementation and sustainment of the QSSRL framework (Quality, ERM, BCM, HSEF, Security, Sustainability, Lean OS, Operational Risk, Training & Competency).Ensure full compliance with SAESL’s QMS and SMS, as well as applicable regulatory and customer requirements (e.g., CAAS, EASA, AS9110).Manage investigations, internal audits, and verification of corrective/preventive actions using a risk-based approach.Own quality performance metrics, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement efforts for the business unit.Drive alignment with the Zero Defects, Zero Harm, and Zero Emissions strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve safe, compliant, and efficient operations.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Quality Management, or a relevant technical discipline is requiredProfessional certifications in quality and operational excellence are highly desirable. These may include: - Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) – ASQ - Lead Auditor Certification in AS9100, AS9110, ISO 9001, or ISO 45001 - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt - Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) for transformation delivery is a plusAt least 8-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, or Operational ExcellenceMinimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role, with experience leading cross-functional teams, developing talent, and engaging frontline through to senior leadershipHands-on experience with the design, deployment, or enhancement of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including compliance to AS9110, CAAS, EASA, FAA, or similar international regulatory frameworksDemonstrated ability to lead or significantly contribute to major transformation projects, includingBusiness process re-engineering SAP/MES implementation or upgrades Lean/Continuous Improvement programs Integration of risk-based thinking into quality and operationsProven track record of conducting and/or managing: Root cause investigations using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Fault Tree) External audits (regulatory, customer, third-party) - Internal control reviews and compliance gap closureExperience navigating change management, training deployment, and workforce upskilling across diverse operational teams.Leadership of cross-site or multi-functional transformation programmes.Familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS), Human Factors, and Just Culture frameworks
