Currently operating remotely with a small team of artists, the studio aims to expand into various VFX domains such as matchmove, paint, chroma removal, compositing, and 3D. Collaborating as a vendor partner, Mars VFX Studio has delivered high-quality Roto work for numerous national and international projects. The studio is committed to continuous learning and quality improvement to meet deadlines and achieve client satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Specialist. The Quality Specialist will ensure the delivery of high-quality work by monitoring and auditing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable feedback to the team. The responsibilities include conducting quality control checks, analyzing workflows for optimization, ensuring adherence to client requirements, and maintaining seamless communication with the team and stakeholders to uphold quality standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Quality Control and Quality AssuranceExperience in Quality Auditing processes and practicesProficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate work and processesExcellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and feedbackDetail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standardsAbility to work independently in a remote settingExperience in the VFX industry or similar domains is an advantageBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
