You'll work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the region to shape plans that sharpen our edge and expand our impact.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Deliveries Strategy, and this role is based onsite in Petaling Jaya. The Critical Tasks You Will PerformYou will analyse external trends, competitive dynamics, and market changes to identify growth opportunities and potential business threats. You will develop and articulate Deliveries' competitive positioning, setting priorities that align with our goals. You will lead the strategic planning process, including developing business cases, scenario planning, and creating strategic roadmaps that guide the business forward. You will establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make data-driven adjustments.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate strategy, gain buy-in, and manage expectations across all levels. QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will NeedA minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. You have at least 6 years of experience in business strategy, within e-commerce, marketplaces, or consulting. You excel at analyzing market trends to uncover growth opportunities and risks, and bring expertise in crafting competitive positioning strategies that align with our goals. You have a track record in leading strategic planning—developing business cases, defining priorities, and shaping strategic roadmaps.

You are proficient in SQL and analytics to identify key drivers and make data-backed recommendations. You have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—comfortable influencing at all levels of the organisation to drive strategy adoption. You are a strategic thinker with the ability to balance trade-offs between long-term vision with short-term execution.
