The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) and bring 8 to 10 years of managerial experience in the credit or financial services sector. This role involves leading a team, managing credit operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while driving organizational growth and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations within the credit department, including credit analysis, risk assessment, and loan processing.Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure effective management of credit risk and compliance with regulatory standards.Lead and mentor a team of credit professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the creditworthiness of potential and existing clients.Prepare and present detailed reports on credit performance, risk exposure, and operational metrics to senior management.Ensure timely and accurate processing of credit applications and loan disbursements.Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and improve overall service delivery.Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt credit policies and practices accordingly.Manage relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues related to credit services.Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize credit processes for efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications :-Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or a related field.Experience: 8 to 10 years of progressive managerial experience in a credit institution or financial services environment.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using financial software and credit management systems.Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of credit risk management, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with clients and senior management.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume and cover letter to Mr. Sandeep Ankaram on hr@srthoratmilk.com.About CompanyS R Thorat Milk Products, famously known as Thorat Dairy has been a symbol of purity in the market for over more than two decades.
