That means developing, delivering, and selling the state-of-the-art products and digital tools that make top performers even better.Purpose of RoleThis role plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth by managing and executing Sell in plans, overseeing the shipment process, and co-work with customer service &Financial to ensure a seamless shipping experience. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to maintain strong relationships with FP and internal and enhance customer satisfaction.Your ImpactFP ManagementESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with the sales team to set realistic and achievable sales forecasts.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Work with demand planning team to coordinate allocation products activities.Order And Shipment ManagementManage the order process from placement to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.Coordinate with logistics to resolve any shipment delays or discrepancies.Tracking sell in progress and work with sales team for sell in status update.Customer Service CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact between the sales team and customer service.Escalate complex customer issues and work collaboratively to find solutions.Gather and provide feedback from customer service interactions to inform sales strategies.Reporting And AnalysisPrepare regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance against targets.Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.Compliance And AdministrationEnsure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales transactions and communications.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES) Strong understanding with experience in planning& operations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levelsEducation And/Or Experience8+ years working experience.Bachelor’s degree is required.Communication skill and presentation skill are needed.Experience with solid SI& Planning working experience with branded FMCG, Sports, Leisure or Fashion sectors with deep understanding of planning & with good communication.Workplace LocationLocation: Shanghai officeOur Commitment to Equal OpportunityAt Under Armour, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, family or paternal status and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
