The selected candidate will oversee key technical divisions; engineering, maintenance, and asset integrity; ensuring operational reliability, efficiency, and compliance.Why Apply for This Role?Lead and implement advanced preventive and reliability-centered maintenance programs.Influence technical and digital transformation strategies across multiple engineering functions.Collaborate closely with executive management to deliver long-term operational excellence.Be part of a respected organization known for innovation, quality, and sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and execute the Technical Support Services strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.Drive operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma practices.Champion digital transformation and enterprise asset management platforms.Ensure systematic and compliant execution of engineering projects through strong governance.Engineering & Technical SupportProvide expert leadership in design, troubleshooting, and process optimization.Oversee installation, commissioning, and optimization of new manufacturing units.Ensure technical compliance and high standards in all engineering projects.Maintenance & ReliabilityDevelop and implement preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.Lead equipment upgrades and modernization projects.Standardize maintenance practices to enhance uptime and cost efficiency.Asset Integrity & ComplianceOversee asset integrity in accordance with API, ISO, ASME, and OSHA standards.Implement risk-based inspection and lifecycle management programs.Strengthen technical compliance, HSE assurance, and sustainability initiatives.People & GovernanceLead and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Oversee project prioritization, budgeting, and performance reporting to executive management.Represent the function in board-level reviews and audits.What We’re Looking For in You:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering (Master’s preferred).Minimum 15 years’ experience in engineering, maintenance, and asset integrity management.At least 5 years in a senior leadership role within industrial or oilfield environments.Expertise in SAP EAM, Maximo, or similar asset management systems.Lean/Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred).Strong understanding of international standards and regulatory frameworks.Proven track record of leading digital and operational transformation initiatives.What We OfferSalary: Tentatively 1,600–2,000 KWDBenefits:Medical InsuranceAnnual Air Ticket (Self)School Fees Support (200–300 KWD)34 Days Paid Annual LeaveVisa SponsorshipWork Location: Kuwait
