Company:Qualcomm ChinaJob Area:Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group, Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group > Product MarketingGeneral Summary:Responsibilities include:Devise a strategy of tooling and customer workshops and meetings to ensure FRs are received from customers in a timely manner.Ensure that FRs are properly coordinated across tech areas, avoiding siloing and deadlocks when ownership is unclear.Understand and manage software features and understand the end-user experience of the features.Facilitate extensive customer communication such that customers are made aware when eval decisions are made and what delivery schedules they should expect.Manage software delivery schedules and customer expectations.Advise the local and worldwide teams on operational trends and strategies.Build excellent relationships with counterparts at the OEM customers to enable rapid and effective communication about issue status.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree or above5+ years of industry experience in project, program, or product management and/or account management and customer relationships.Exceptional interpersonal skills including customer management.Ability to successfully accomplish tasks through the work of other teams.Strong sense for prioritization in customer features and requests.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience in both Semiconductor is a strong plusGood relationship with mobile OEM companies is a strong plusVerbal fluency in English and ChineseEducation RequirementsRequired: Bachelor's degree preferably in the major of software/system architecture or computer sciencePreferred: MBA or other Master's degree in technical or engineering is a plus.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.ORAssociate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.ORHigh school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
