Job Responsibilities 工作职责Act and perform according to the Quality Policy; (15%)依据认证检测质量方针进行工作; (15%)Design test programmer for clients; (10%)为客户设计测试方案; (10%)Keep a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues; (5%)对客户及同事保持专业态度; (5%)Be main coordinator for clients, and organize all the project related team to solve the problems from clients; (10%)作为客户主要协调人，组织所有项目相关团队解决客户提出的问题; (10%)Hand projects within lead time: Review projects and prepare quotation/checklist; (15%)在交付周期内处理项目：审核项目并准备报价单 / 测试清单; (15%)Have a good knowledge for Buyer requirements and manuals & Key account management; (10%)深入了解买家测试要求、相关手册及大客户管理; (10%)Ensure the settlement of payment; (10%)确保测试费用及时结算; (10%)Handle internal and external complaint; (5%)处理内外部投诉；（5%）Perform other duties assigned by his/her Supervisor/Group Leader; (5%)完成主管或组长分配的其他工作; (5%)Provide technical support to sales staff; (5%)为销售人员提供技术支持; (5%)Explain non-compliance points to customers.
