The team is responsible for enabling continuous learning journeys through live sessions, labs, mentoring, and hands-on engagements with Deloitte professionals.You will work closely with other global SMEs, content developers, and operations to deliver practical, business-aligned technology learning programs with measurable outcomes.Work You Will Do:As a Manager, Technology Facilitator specializing in Python, Data Analytics and GenAI (good to have), you will primarily be responsible for developing content and facilitating technical training sessions for Python, Data Analytics and GenAI on the themes below. You should also have a good understanding of all related concepts at basic and at an advanced level.Python: In-depth understanding of core Python concepts including flow control, functions, sequences, dictionary and sets, handling various file types, exceptions, Object oriented programming, modules and packages in Python, developing & handling API calls using Python FastAPI or Flask Framework, Unit testing using pytest, Numpy, Pandas.SQL and DWH: In-depth understanding of advanced SQL & PLSQL, Understanding of Data Warehousing & ETL Basics.Gen AI (good to have): Understanding Prompt engineering, GenAI tools and technologies, LLM, Using OpenAI API, Agentic AI & its implementation, RAG Implementation, Building multi-agent applications.PySpark (good to have): Foundations of Hadoop and Scala, data processing using PySpark, Streaming data ingestion, ML with PySpark, Data pipelines and WorkflowsDatabricks (good to have): Working with Databricks cluster, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, Ingestion, Workflows, transformations, delta live tables, streaming, delta lake, incremental loads, unity catalog.Power BI (good to have): Self-service BI, understanding architecture, developer features, components, dashboarding, reports, Authentication and Authorization, Power BI service, DAX, Power BI Apps, Hybrid Mode, Power Apps.Snowflake (good to have): Data Lake, ingestion, transformation, time travel, user management, creating and using ETL pipeline, streaming data processing, ELT process.The ability to develop curricula that address particular skills.The successful candidate will possess:Adult Training Experience: Experienced in explaining technical concepts to adult learners and providing business-specific technical examples to make learning relevant and practical, including coverage of end-to-end scenarios from an implementation standpoint.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trendsCommunications Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.Data Warehousing: Experience and understanding of data warehousing and ETL basics is an added advantage.Facilitation Certifications: Possession of facilitation or trainer certifications.Market-recognized Certifications: Possession of certifications for key/niche skills (as applicable).Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.Ethical Considerations: Awareness of ethical considerations and responsible AI practices.Published Research: Record of published research or industry contributions in prompt engineering, NLP, or generative AI.Technological Experience: Experience in technologies like Python, GenAI, SQL, DWH, PySpark, Analytics, Databricks, Snowflake and Power BI.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Strong English and Spanish oral and written communication skills Minimum 8 years of technology, corporate training, learning and development, or related experienceOf these, there should be minimum of 5-year experience in Python, SQL, Data AnalyticsExpertise in Python programming and performing data analytics in Python and related frameworksExpertise in SQL databases and Data Warehousing conceptsDemonstrate ability to build ETL process pipelines & workflows using PySpark, Databricks and Snowflake platformProficiency in building interactive dashboards using Power BIStrong command over prompt engineering and building AI agentsDemonstrated, end-to-end training experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project closeBe able to provide Demo’s in a way that would help the listeners grasp the conceptsCan co-relate the concepts with real time examples and bring in live project experiencesAbility to travel as needed Must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future As used in this posting, “Deloitte” means DSS Delivery Costa Rica S.R.L., a Costa Rican sociedad de responsabilidad limitada and subsidiary of Deloitte LLP.
