Job DescriptionThe Executive Recruitment team is ready to welcome an experienced Executive Recruitment Manager to the team to source and secure top talent for our senior leadership positions across the LEGO® Group's value chain.We are looking for a passionate professional that is eager to experiment with innovative sourcing strategies, map top executive talents across the globe, share knowledge and best practices with our broader talent acquisition community, leverage external market and talent insights to shape broader talent decisions, and manage end to end recruitment processes.This role will lead searches around the globe, will partner with a broad range of stakeholders, and will play a key role in energizing amazing talents to join our organization.Please note No relocation assistance is offered for this position.Core ResponsibilitiesThrough your innovative and creative efforts, position the LEGO Group to be an employer of choice where senior level talent can live their purpose and create meaningful impact.Bring your bold, creative, and strong recruitment perspectives to our senior hiring leaders. Secure we bring our diversity and inclusion ambitions to life through your executive recruitment efforts.Understand our strategic business priorities and talent requirements, then work to build external market intelligence, create understanding of the talent landscape, and through targeted souring efforts identify top passive talent pools.With your knowledge of external talents, industry trends, and pulse on how organizations are transforming to future proof their business you will help shape search strategies, advise leaders and our global talent acquisition colleagues on important aspects of the external talent marketplace that will be relevant for how we find top talent in an efficient and focused way.Additionally, you will share these trends and insights with the broader business and human resource community to build knowledge or real-time insights.Spend time engaging and assessing talents in the exploratory phase of the search process to engage and qualify a top tier pipeline for active or pending searches. Many times, these searches are confidential and require heavy outreach activities.Build positive relationships with hiring leaders and the broader HR community, that continue to solidify the internal team as a credible talent partner to the business.Increase diversity of candidate pools and drive quality through better candidate segmentation and objectivity.Craft executive level candidate packs, briefs, and overviews for the interview panels that bring to life each candidate in a unique and compelling way.Deliver world class and personalized experiences for hiring managers and senior talents.Play your part in our team succeedingThe Executive Recruitment function is an in-house function that brings a strategic mindset, external talent market expertise, and cutting-edge approaches to the table to create a unique recruitment and onboarding experience for senior level (VP+) talents across the globe.You will be a member of the Global Executive Recruitment & Sourcing team, currently 10 members strong that are strategically positioned around the globe. Each member plays a key role in elevating our efforts to reach top passive talents, deliver exceptional recruitment experiences, innovate our future recruitment practices, and ensure that every new joiner receives a personalized and professionalized onboarding experience.Do you have what it takes?This role will work on searches across our full value chain, so ability to quickly relate to search requirements and work with agile methodologies is required.Keen eye for talent, passion for championing the brand through a strong recruitment approach, and confidence to deliver amazing experiences and talents across a very broad stakeholder group.International experience with a strong understanding of regional talent acquisition nuances and the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.Executive level communication, coaching, and influencing skills are critical.Must demonstrate ability to create trusting and credible relationships with executive leaders across the globe.Experience using digital sourcing skills LinkedIn, Boolean, Google Search and other internet sourcing techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong respect for confidentiality.Blended experience of both agency and in-house ideal within a high performing sourcing/selection/research organization.Outstanding expertise of identifying and using sourcing and brand attraction tools and methodologies combined with best-in-class employer brand experience.Strong behavioural traits around tenacity and focus, compassion and engagement.Ability to effectively balance and prioritize multiple projects, communications, follow through, and candidate activities.Exercise excellent judgment on critical priorities that considers the needs of our candidates, clients and the business.Ability at times to work flexible hours to meet candidate's needs across time zones.Proactive, customer focused and have strong drive for results.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
