RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate the onboarding of new workers, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed promptly.Collect, verify, and maintain compliance documents, ensuring all workers meet regulatory and company standards.Handle payment and payroll queries, liaising with relevant departments and providers to ensure timely resolution.An understanding of various working arrangements such as PAYE, LTD, Umbrella, and Sole Trader models.Understanding of IR35 legislation to ensure compliance and correct worker classification.Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate registration to placement confirmation.Work across multiple projects simultaneously, effectively juggling competing priorities.Utilise Google and Microsoft Suites (Google Sheets, Excel, Word, etc.) for reporting, tracking, and administrative tasks.Skills and Attributes:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.Resilient and patient, maintaining professionalism under pressure.Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities, with keen attention to detail.Confident in managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment.Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong understanding of recruitment operations, compliance, and payroll processes.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Experience: Previous experience in a recruitment support or administration role (agency or in-house).Working knowledge of IR35, PAYE, and umbrella company models.Experience handling compliance and onboarding documentation.Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or CRM software is desirable.Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, clients, and third-party providers.
