We help individuals from all backgrounds develop their creative voice and succeed in today’s music and production industries.🎬 SAE Institute, established in 1976, delivers world-class creative media education across 50 campuses in 23 countries.Together, we’re shaping the global future of creative learning — empowering students to turn passion into profession.The RoleAs a Campus Recruitment Officer, you’ll be the face of ICMP London — connecting with prospective students, leading inspiring campus experiences, and helping people take their first step into a creative career.This is a sales-focused, relationship-driven role where your enthusiasm, communication skills, and authenticity will help future students see what’s possible.You’ll play a hands-on part in everything from outreach and events to auditions and follow-up calls — ensuring every student feels supported from first inquiry to enrolment.What You’ll Do🎯 Student Recruitment (Sales, not HR)Be the first point of contact for prospective students and their families at ICMP London.Deliver engaging campus tours that showcase our facilities and student experience.Represent ICMP at school visits, open days, and creative industry events.Guide students through the admissions journey — providing clear, friendly, and professional support.Achieve call targets and recruitment KPIs through proactive, relationship-based engagement.🎪 Event CoordinationSupport the planning and delivery of recruitment events such as open days, workshops, auditions, and taster sessions (with the events team).Collaborate with the marketing team to share live event content and promote student life across social channels.Assist in hosting and managing interviews, workshops, and audition days.🤝 Partnerships & OutreachBuild relationships with schools, colleges, and creative organisations across London.Deliver workshops, seminars, and presentations to inspire prospective students.Support ICMP’s Access and Participation Plan (APP) by developing inclusive opportunities for engagement.🧭 General & AdministrativeMaintain accurate records and communications through our CRM (Salesforce).Provide reports and updates to senior management.Work collaboratively across marketing, admissions, and student experience teams to ensure consistency and quality.What We’re Looking ForEssential:✅ Proven experience in student recruitment, sales, or community engagement.✅ Confident presentation and communication skills.✅ Strong knowledge of creative industries or higher education.✅ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).✅ Social media content creation and management skills.✅ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.Desirable:⭐ Degree in marketing, recruitment, or a related field.⭐ Event management experience.⭐ Knowledge of widening participation and access initiatives.⭐ Familiarity with London’s creative and education landscape.Why You’ll Love Working with Us✨ Be part of a globally recognised creative education network under ADE UK.🎸 Work at the heart of London’s creative scene, helping students take their first step into music and production.📈 Combine sales, events, and community engagement in one exciting, fast-paced role.🌱 Enjoy professional development and career progression in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.🚀 Apply NowHighlighting why you’re passionate about creative education, your experience in sales or recruitment, and how you inspire people to take the next step in their journey.Join ICMP and ADE UK — and help shape the future of creative education in London and beyond.
