This is not an operations role—it is a strategic growth role focused on forging high-value, long-term partnerships that unlock talent, innovation, branding, and industry collaboration opportunities at scale.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Collaboration & Ecosystem DevelopmentIdentify and onboard strategic partners across AI, digital technology, enterprise innovation, workforce development platforms, and national capability networks.Drive partnerships for talent enablement, curriculum integration, certifications, hiring alliances, CSR-driven skilling initiatives, and co-branded programs.2. Partnership Ownership & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary representative of NxtWave in external engagements with CXOs, industry leaders, corporate foundations, and government bodies.Build and nurture long-term, high-impact relationships that result in measurable growth and strategic positioning.3. Proposal & Deal StructuringDevelop compelling proposals, partnership models, and strategic MoUs aligned with partner objectives and NxtWave’s future roadmap.Lead negotiation and closure of collaborations involving talent pipelines, co-certifications, skilling alliances, or brand amplification.4. Strategic Outreach & Brand PositioningRepresent the organization at leadership forums, conferences, panel discussions, industry roundtables, and innovation events.Drive thought leadership initiatives that position NxtWave as the national enabler for emerging tech workforce development.5.
