Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Manager based in the Philippines to support our reservations and dispatch team for a Limo and Car Service Client based in Dallas. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership ability in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage reservations, scheduling, client updates, and trip changes (phone, email, and chat)Oversee real-time driver movement and trip timing via GPS systemsSupervise agents and assist with training & performance coachingEnsure on-time service delivery, accuracy, and service qualityCreate and review detailed reservation notes and client confirmationsHandle VIP and urgent service requests with professionalism & urgencyCoordinate with US-based team for smooth daily operationsRequirementsCall center or customer-service leadership experienceExcellent English speaking & writing skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructionsFast and accurate typist (45+ WPM)Ability to multitask across chat, phone, and CRM toolsExperience supporting a US-based business preferredTransportation, hospitality, or travel industry background is a plusMust be reliable, proactive, and comfortable with high-volume workflowShiftFull-time with US hours (CST) — nights/overnights PH time may be requiredMust have stable high-speed internetWe are looking for someone who is proactive, customer-obsessed, calm under pressure, and able to make decisions confidently.
