As our Team Lead, you’ll drive innovative Talent Acquisition programs, champion employer branding, and develop robust pipelining strategies to attract top talent. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a multinational.Additional InfoThis position is based onsite in our Dubai office 5 days per weekMultinational matrix experience is essential.Please do not apply if you have no in house TA experienceOccasional travel may be required.What You Will DoDirect, motivate, and develop a diverse team across the EAME region of Talent Acquisition Partners, supporting their growth and maximizing individual contributions.Lead employer branding initiatives and implement pipelining strategies to build strong talent pools.Manage and continuously improve Talent Acquisition programs, including sourcing and selection processes.Develop and implement best practices that align with organizational goals and talent strategies.Collaborate with management to understand and anticipate workforce needs, providing expert advice and solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies and adoption of leading Talent Acquisition practices.What You HaveProven experience in employer branding and pipelining strategies.Multinational matrix experience, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.High emotional integrity and intelligenceAbility to measure and improve Talent Acquisition effectiveness using actionable data and benchmarks.Experience in business process management, including mapping workflows and identifying bottlenecks.Strong influencing skills, able to impact decisions and build commitment across teams.Customer and market focus, with a track record of delivering superior value and adapting to changing needs.Demonstrated leadership qualities, including integrity, confidence, emotional intelligence and the ability to motivate others.Expertise in managing multiple Talent Acquisition channels and evaluating their effectiveness.Advanced knowledge of staffing and Talent Acquisition standards, with experience resolving complex challenges.Working knowledge of workforce analytics and HR trends, with the ability to generate insightful reports.What You Will GetFrom day one, you’re set up to thrive at Caterpillar: helpful training, relatable mentors, global experience, competitive salary package, work-life balance, and the growth opportunities you expect with a Fortune 100 company.
