Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. The role also involves facilitating recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.Required Qualifications • Do you have prior HR experience in a real estate brokerage company? • Do you have experience hiring Off-Plan and Secondary market agents? • Have you worked with Dubai developers like Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, Binghatti? • Are you familiar with RERA requirements, Form A / Form B, and agent documentation? • Do you understand UAE Labour Law and HR compliance standards? • Do you have experience managing end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)? • Are you comfortable working with daily and weekly hiring targets? • Have you handled HR CRM tools or recruitment platforms before? • Can you join immediately and work full-time from Business Bay (on-site)?
