Manager, Talent SourcingThe Manager, Talent Sourcing is responsible for building and leading a high-performing sourcing team that delivers top talent across the organization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on expertise, driving proactive pipeline development, market intelligence, and sourcing excellence to support QXO’s rapid growth.What You’ll DoBuild, lead, and develop a team of sourcers supporting multiple business units and functions.Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and align sourcing strategies.Design and implement scalable sourcing programs that proactively identify and engage top talent across key roles and markets.Develop and maintain talent market maps, research insights, and competitive intelligence to inform recruiting strategies.Establish consistent processes for outreach, pipeline management, and reporting.Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure impact, identify trends, and guide data-driven decision-making.Partner with TA Operations to optimize tools, workflows, and data integrity within the ATS and CRM.Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand to enhance QXO’s visibility and candidate engagement.Stay current on sourcing tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve team performance and scalability.What You’ll Bring4-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, including 2+ years leading sourcing teams or programs.Proven success building and scaling sourcing functions in high-growth or complex environments.Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools, platforms, and research methodologies.Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to hire, train, and motivate teams.Experience leveraging CRM systems, talent analytics, and reporting dashboards.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Ability to partner effectively across TA, HR, and business leadership to deliver consistent results.What You’ll Earn401(k) with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO, company holidays, and parental leavePaid training and certificationsLegal assistance and identity protectionPet insuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)
