This is a full 360 agency recruitment role with a strong focus on sales, business development and driving revenue. Not internal TA. Not HR.We want someone who operates like a true business partner to founders, investors, CPOs, CTOs and digital leaders across the MENA region.If you thrive on winning new clients, building a profitable desk and earning life-changing commission, this is the environment for you.What You’ll Be DoingDrive New Business:Hunt, pitch and win new clients across high-growth Product, SaaS, FinTech, AI, Digital and Enterprise Technology. This is a sales-first role where you own your pipeline.Run the Full 360 Process:Own everything from originating roles to sourcing, headhunting and closing top-tier talent.Build and Scale Your Desk: Work with founders, investors and technology leaders to fill high-impact roles such as:Head of Product (FinTech / SaaS / AI)Lead Product ManagerProduct Directors (AI / HealthTech)Product Managers (Banking, SaaS, HRTech)Senior Enterprise Tech roles including CTO, CIO, Heads of Engineering, Solutions Architects and Transformation LeadersOperate With Autonomy:Treat your desk like your own business.
