The RoleThis is a commercially critical leadership role responsible for driving growth, protecting value, and strategically positioning the business to compete and win in a rapidly evolving market.The Managing Director will lead the commercial and sales strategy for Australia overseeing key locations in NSW & WA. Major responsibilities include developing and executing the sales strategic plan, deepening customer engagement, delivering on strategic negotiations, and embedding a customer-led culture across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the Sales Strategic Plan, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention and identifying new market segmentsDrive sales excellence and capability development, coaching and empowering a high-performing, self-sufficient sales team.Strengthen regional integration between our factories to optimise sourcing, supply, and service across the region.Foster deep customer partnerships, leading strategic negotiations, large RFPs, and collaborative forecasting to deliver best in class outcomes.RequirementsWe're seeking an accomplished commercial leader with the strategic mindset and financial capability.
