Spacemaker Systems serves industries such as cold storage, logistics, 3PL, and manufacturing with customized, scalable solutions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role, located in Nuneaton, for a Managing Director at Spacemaker Systems. The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of company operations, including business development, financial planning, and operational management. Responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies, fostering client relationships, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. The role also involves managing cross-functional teams, monitoring operational performance, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.QualificationsProven leadership experience in business development, team management, and strategic planning.Strong knowledge of warehouse automation, supply chain management, and operational logistics.Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management skills.Experience in implementing and utilizing ERP, WMS, and other supply chain technologies is highly desirable.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.Proven track record of driving business growth and managing large-scale operational projects.
