This is your chance to influence the trajectory of high-potential companies and shape the future of our firm.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive operational strategy for portfolio companies to ensure scalability and sustainable growth.Source, evaluate, and close high-potential investment opportunities.Build strong relationships with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.Oversee fund performance, reporting, and compliance.Represent the firm at industry events and thought leadership platforms.What We’re Looking ForProven track record in venture capital, private equity, or startup leadership.Strong operational expertise in scaling businesses.Exceptional network within European startup and investor communities.Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.Based in or willing to relocate to Ireland or Switzerland.
