What You Will Be DoingIn this Manufacturing Engineer role in Planning, you will be a key member of the Air Mobility and Maritime Missions Pre Planning Team, responsible for initiating manufacturing planning activities and establishing the foundation for successful product interface execution. This technical role demands a collaborative mindset, a willingness to learn from peers, and a commitment to delivering high quality results.What You Will Be Doing Lead the early stage planning process for new product introductions, ensuring that all manufacturing requirements are clearly defined and aligned with product design. Create pre-plans, including tooling needs, material flow, and labor charging requirements, to set realistic execution targets. Partner with design engineering, supply chain, quality, and production teams to capture interface requirements and resolve design to manufacturing gaps.
