Manufacturing Engineer

In this role, you’ll support day-to-day manufacturing, lead NPI and process validation activities, and deliver continuous improvements in yield, quality, and efficiency. You’ll also collaborate closely with production teams and customers to ensure the highest manufacturing standards.If you’re motivated, hands-on, and eager to grow in a fast-paced medical device environment, join our team and help shape the future of catheter innovation.What you'll doServe as the technical lead for scaling projects, ensuring robust and reliable process performance.Support production ramp-up activities to achieve demand requirements efficiently and on schedule.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects and meet production volume targets for customers.Monitor and manage yields, driving productivity and efficiency improvements through innovative engineering solutions.Develop and implement technical process improvements, such as mistake-proofing, to enhance manufacturing performance.Implement and continuously improve procedures, training, and workflows in line with ICS quality systems and best practices.Characterise, develop, and validate manufacturing processes that meet design specifications and deliver high-quality products efficiently.Execute all activities in compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.What we're looking forDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, or related discipline).2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.A practical, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.Strong communication and teamwork skills — you enjoy collaborating and sharing ideas.A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership and drive projects forward.An Interest in learning advanced manufacturing techniques and process development.Why Join ICS Medical Devices?At ICS, we believe our people are the key to our success.
