These values shape both our technological innovations and our approach to creating meaningful career opportunities for our employees.What Does the Manufacturing Quality Team Member Do at Farplas?Experienced in Automotive Quality System applications such as IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3, with proven implementation experience.Actively involved in and responsible for APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan processes.Carries out quality-related activities in Customer and R&D projects.Cooperates with the Production Department to ensure the stability and improvement of processes approved for mass production.Oversees and ensures the proper execution of inspections in accordance with the SAP Control Plan during mass production, and initiates improvement activities when necessary.Conducts process audits for customer complaints and parts with high internal scrap rates to assess process effectiveness.Follows up and coordinates internal and external corrective actions (including those related to customer complaints as defined in the organization chart).Works collaboratively with the Production Department to reduce internal and external scrap rates.Coordinates Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) both internally and externally.Monitors customer requirements during serial and project phases and prepares the necessary documentation.Participates in and follows up on Lean Manufacturing activities.Represents the customer within the company during serial production stages and takes part in related assignments.Coordinates activities requested by the customer and ensures proper feedback is provided.Participates in the implementation of ISO 50001:2018, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001/IATF 16949 management systems, acting in alignment with the company’s strategic direction and context.What Are the Manufacturing Quality Team Member at Farplas?
