Job Description

Lead and direct the development and delivery of high-quality manufacturing training programs across all levels within the organization. Drive continuous improvement in employee skills and performance through innovative training strategies, effective needs assessments, and robust performance measurement. Contribute to a high-performance culture by fostering a learning environment that supports employee growth and development.Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.Design and deliver engaging training sessions utilizing a variety of methodologies (classroom, hands-on, e-learning, simulations, blended learning).Oversee the development and maintenance of all training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments.Develop and implement performance improvement plans based on training outcomes and employee feedback.Develop and implement the annual training strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and strategic priorities.Conduct in-depth Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify and prioritize training requirements across all manufacturing departments.Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to identify and address critical training needs.Represent the training department on cross-functional teams and committees.Lead the development and implementation of training programs using new methods appropriate to the field.Prepare and submit required reports and comments, including statistics and progress reports on trainees, to the line manager.Achieve the annual goals set at the beginning of each year.Maintain personal development to keep pace with evolving standards.Achieve the highest standards and quality to improve customer experience.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to manufacturing training.Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering)Special Certification or Training Required: Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)Required Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environmentTechnological Requirements: Very Good command of Microsoft SuitesLanguage Requirements: Very Good command of English (spoken and written)
