Where making an impact matters.In this role, you’ll support the Māori Advisory Engagement Lead, Māori Lead – Business, and Māori Lead – Retail to deliver kaupapa that reflect and uplift te ao Māori. You’ll help prepare pitch packs, support onboarding of Māori commercial entities, and ensure Māori narratives are woven into our communications. You’ll coordinate cultural events, promote te reo Māori through Te Hoe Ākau, and provide guidance across the enterprise. Your mahi will help build enduring relationships and embed tikanga Māori into everything we do.Ko tātou tēnei. Kia hāpai i ō pūkenga |This is us. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:Proven understanding of te ao Māori and te reo Māori me ōna tikangaStrong ability to engage effectively with Māori and key stakeholdersExcellent communication skills in English and te reo MāoriConfident in working collaboratively across diverse teams and kaupapaProactive in promoting te ao Māori and cultural capabilityPassionate about integrating Māori perspectives into enterprise-wide initiativesAdaptable and committed to continuous learning and developmentYou don’t need to meet every requirement to apply.
