ResponsibilitiesWork directly with clients in the U.S. beauty industry, acting as a key bridge between clients and internal teams.Support and handle client requests via phone, email, and CRM system.Manage and update marketing content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).Propose and execute seasonal and performance-based marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.Coordinate with Content and Design teams to deliver timely, high-quality outputs.Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvement strategies to optimize results.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.At least 1–2 years of experience working in a Marketing role at an agency.Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Suite, Canva, etc.Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under high pressure.Be able to work in English (spoken and written).Willingness to work night shifts (from 21h - 6h VN Time) in the office to collaborate with U.S.-based clients.BenefitsIncome: 10 –12 million VND gross/month + performance bonusWork environment: Young, dynamic, and supportive of personal development.Benefits: Full participation in health insurance, social insurance, and unemployment insurance in accordance with regulations.Leave and perks: 12 annual leave days, regular team-building activities, and other company benefits.
