About The RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Marketing Analyst to support our team in creating high-quality marketing materials for U.S.-based brokerages and investment firms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending financial understanding with creative presentation — analyzing real estate models, extracting key insights, and transforming them into professional, investor-ready packages.You’ll work closely with our deck operations team to produce materials such as Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs), Offering Memorandums (OMs), sales packages, proposals, and capital raise decks.This is not a sales or campaign role — it’s about understanding deals, interpreting data, and turning information into polished, visually compelling presentations.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze real estate financial models, rent rolls, and property data to identify key insights for marketing materials.Build and format high-quality BOVs, OMs, sales packages, proposals, and capital raising decks.Work collaboratively with our deck operations team to ensure accuracy, design consistency, and alignment with client expectations.Apply analytical thinking and aesthetic judgment to create visually engaging, investor-friendly presentations.Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail across multiple projects.Requirements3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or a related analytical/design-heavy role.Proven experience creating or contributing to BOVs, OMs, and investor marketing materials for U.S.-based real estate firms.Strong analytical skills and financial literacy — comfortable interpreting rent rolls, operating statements, and valuation models.Proficiency in PowerPoint or CanvaExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
